Colleen started her career as attorney-advisor to Judge Mary Ann Cohen of the United States Tax Court. She subsequently worked for Deloitte Tax LLP in the National Office in Washington, D.C. in a research, writing, and firm-wide knowledge sharing capacity. Additionally, she worked in Deloitte’s McLean, VA regional office, consulting on various multistate tax issues. Prior to starting Quinlisk & Quinlisk, Ltd. with her father, Colleen was a member at Jones & Quinlisk, LLC.
Colleen participates in all areas of the firm’s practice and focuses particularly on Estate Planning; Probate and Trust Administration; Estate, Gift, and Income Tax Planning; and Business Planning.
Colleen received her J.D., cum laude, with a tax certificate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2004 (Dean’s List 2001-2004). She also received her LL.M in taxation from Loyola in 2005. Colleen received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1997 (Dean’s List 1995-1997).
