John J. Quinlisk practiced law at the heritage-rich law firm of Wilson & McIlvaine (founded in 1867) and is proud to continue the practice of law in the Wilson & McIlvaine tradition with his daughter, Colleen J. Quinlisk Siau.

Jack started his career with PriceWaterhouse & Co. He served in the U.S. Army as an advanced course instructor at Fort Sill, and was assigned to the Army JAG Corp as defense counsel in Vietnam, after which he was awarded the Bronze Star and the Army Commendation Medal. Subsequently, Jack was a partner at: Riordan, Malone & Doheny; Wilson & McIlvaine; and Bell, Jones & Quinlisk, and a Managing Member at Jones & Quinlisk, LLC.

Colleen J. QuinliskCo-owner

Colleen started her career as attorney-advisor to Judge Mary Ann Cohen of the United States Tax Court. She subsequently worked for Deloitte Tax LLP in the National Office in D.C. in a research, writing, and firm-wide knowledge sharing capacity. Additionally, she worked in Deloitte’s McLean, VA regional office, consulting on various multistate tax issues. Prior to starting Quinlisk & Quinlisk, Ltd. with her father, Colleen was a member at Jones & Quinlisk, LLC.
